In this final video, we’re looking at an isolated circle of the wrist: both fingertips and elbows are anchored, and the wrist circles the fixed points of the fingertips and elbows.

We have 8 variations:

1. unlayered circle to the outside, palm down
2. circle to the outside, palm down, layered with a hand undulation.
3. unlayered circle to the inside, palm down
4. circle to the inside, palm down, layered with a hand undulation
5. unlayered circle to the outside, forearm turning
6. unlayered circle to the inside, forearm turning
7. circle to the outside, forearm turning, layered with a hand undulation
