Basic Gentle Warmup
This program is a suitable general preparation for any belly dance class. Basic Gentle Warmup includes stretches on the floor.
The three videos in this series move through the same sequence of movements. For explanations and discussion of modifications, go to the Step-by-Step. To follow along in nonstop flow format, use “With Music,” or “Flipped.” These last two versions of the warmup use the same video: “Flipped” allows you to begin from the left side.
